In October of 2007, Ginna and Angela Bentley brought to our attention the need of the villagers of Wounaan, Panama, for aid in providing a basic education for their children. The students of the RE program held a pie auction after our Halloween-time service. They decorated numerous pies and pumpkins, and the congregation responded in generous fashion. Together they raised over $300. Angela went on to raise over $2000 more with a penny drive at her school!

Attached here is a letter from Panama and some photos of the Wounaan villagers. Thank you once again to all who helped make this happen.
